The Holy Bible

The Holy Bible is God’s letter to man (aka, The Word, The Gosple et al) and His relationship with man from the beginning (Genesis) until the end (Revelation). [The Holy Bible here throughout will mainly refer to The King James version bible].

To me, The Holy Bible is a love story about God’s love for His ultimate creation, which is man. Not unlike many real life stories, there is love and hate, life and death, promises and regrets, war and sorrows, victories and defeats, stress and grief, grace and faith, belief and unbelief, and above all, miracles and the miraculous.

The Holy Bible consist of two hemispheres, The Old Testament and The New Testament. The Holy Bible consist of 66 books which comprise The Old and New Testaments. The Holy Bible originally consisted of five books or canons (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy; also known as The Pentateuch, The Law (of Moses) and The Torah).

There are many authors that comprise of the whole Bible, however, Moses is credited with being the author of the Pentateuch (the first five books). He is also the main character as it was he that God trusted with leading His People and it was Moses that God gave the LAW (commandments and statutes) upon the Mount, to lead, teach, correct and direct His People.

The Holy Bible begins with God telling how He created the Universe and the creation of Earth, the plants and animals and ultimately man (and woman) [The first book, Genesis, is where you can find this information]. It goes on to tell the story of God and His chosen people (Israel), AND ultimately making all peoples (The Gentiles or Nations and Israel) His People and central to the story.

The Holy Bible is God’s guide or instruction to man on how man is suppose to live and how man is suppose to worship Him.

You see, God created man for His pleasure, however, no matter how man tried, he ultimately could not follow God’s letter to the letter. Or I should say man would not consistently follow God’s laws and statutes, ultimately leading to man’s fall from grace.

You see, God gave man “free will” and this was probably man’s greatest gift from God, yet it was also man’s achilles hill.

Since man’s fall from Grace, in the Garden.., he was doomed to sin. As if this wasn’t enough, Satan along with a third of the Heavenly angels rebelled against God and came to Earth and mixed with the daughters of men which led to abominations in God’s eyes. There were giants in those days…

God was so furious that He decided to destroy the world with water by creating a great flood that would wash away all the sinful abominations except Noah and his family which was righteous in God’s eyes.

God had Noah to build an ark that would survive the flood. And Noah, along with his family, would bring along two of every living thing in an effort to start all over and begin anew and live righteously, according to God’s laws.

To say in the least, things did not all work out according to how God wanted but God promised He would not destroy the world again, in this way.

The Holy Bible ends with Revelation, a revealing of prophesies et al,  through revelations and predictions that must come to pass, in order for the story to end in this World Age and continue a new in the next World Age, also known as The Eternity.

God ultimately will create a NEW world where there is no more evil and He will ultimately create His kingdom on Earth where He, the angles and man will live together for all eternity, as was originally meant in The Holy Bible.

Genesis Part 1

Genesis Part 1
In A Word:
God created the Heavens and the Earth in six days and rested on the seventh day.
Who Wrote It And When?
Although Genesis is from the begining of time itself, it is said to have been written by Moses, who lived around the 1400s BC.
More Details:
It is understood that God is a Supream Being, something that exist that is greater than ourselves.
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
God is actually speaking reality into existence ( Joh_1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.)
God continues in this fashion creating until He starts to create man. Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
From the dust (dirt, clay) of the ground God created (fashioned) man (and breathe into his nostril and man became a living soul) and then He took one of the ribs of man and created (fashioned ) woman, his mate. And his name was Adam and her name was Eve.
God created a special place for Adam and Eve to live and that place was the Garden Of Eden. God said that they could eat of every tree in the Garden except the Tree of Knowledge.
One day in the Garden Eve was enjoying her self alone. Along came a crafty but subtle serpent who convinces Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil because doing so would give her the power to know Good and Evil and be like God.
Eve ate from the tree and convinces her husband Adam to do likewise. Of course God found out and cursed them and the serpent for doing so. God kicked them out of the Garden and this began the fall of man.
Adam and Eve began to multiply offspring and of their first two were Cain and Able.
The LORD God favorite Able over Cain and this angered Cain so that one day while in the field, Cain killed Able.
From this the first real sin, man overall produced much sin in the world…
Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Gen 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
Gen 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
Gen 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD
Noah (one of the decendants of Adam) was instructed by God to build an Ark (ship) and gather two of every living thing God instructed Noah to put on the Ark, as God was going to destroy the world by water, save Noah, his family and the things brought aboard the Ark.
Noah produced three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Shem’s line ultimately produced Abram (later named Abraham-Father of Israel)

How To Pray Daily

Welcome to this article on how to pray daily.

First I would like to congratulate you for wanting to pray and desiring to know how to pray daily.

I personally learned how to pray daily by reading the bible (cover to cover) and by listening to The Holy Spirit and also a combination of remembrance of a prayer from childhood, which I also incorporate.

Prayer is the most direct way we have access to God, via the Holy Spirit and in the precious name of Christ Jesus.

I know that there are church bodies out there that can talk all day about God and seemingly with great authority. However, some often forget that their congregation are not all pros and some of their people need to be led by the hand in prayer (that is to say all must crawl before they can walk in the LORD).
Even the bible doesn’t have a beginner’s prayer on how to pray daily. Don’t get me wrong, the bible are full of prayers but not something simply and completely laid out as relative to our conversation.

So without further adieu, let’s get you started off most correctly.

The first thing you want to do, in how to pray daily, is go somewhere that is quiet (no cell phones, tv, baby crying, etc.) so that you can pray without interference (if at all possible do this!)
how to pray

You should begin your prayer by praising God for He is good, and then follow by honoring Jesus for sacrificing His Life so that we could have eternal salvation. (The bible is full of examples of people praising God for this that and the other… “Psalms” is a good place to look.)

Here below is a rendition of the prayer I’ve used since childhood (with the exception of a few words). This is a powerful prayer… although it is short, it is to the point and covers a lot of ground, so to speak.

Our Father Yahweh, The Most High God, The Almighty God, That Great I AM; Which art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy names, Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done as in Heaven, so on Earth.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil for Thine is The Kingdom, The Power and The Glory forever, Amen

Feel free to use this prayer as a guide for your own prayer, at least until you become more learned from reading the bible.
I hope I’ve been of help to you in “how to pray daily”!

God Jesus And The Holy Spirit Explained!

Just a bit of advice before I reveal to you “God Jesus And The Holy Spirit Explained!”, it helps to understand God’s Word, after you have been initiated into the fold (Chruch). Or more accurately, you have accepted Yeshua Christ Jesus (or Jesus Christ, if you so wish) as your Lord and Savior AND you believe God (Yahweh, Jehova, LORD etc…) IS who He say He is and love him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength and love your neighbor as thy self… then, you are smoking and ready to go.

This is an important tip and you can learn more about this… In fact, I will even walk you through it, if you’d do a search (on my site) on “how to get saved”… and follow the instructions in part 2.

However, if you are already a Believer, or NOT, but you are doing some research, without further adieu, I shall continue on with God Jesus And The Holy Spirit Explained!
In The Beginning GOD Created The Heavens And The Earth! Gen1:1. However, even before the foundations of the world, there was Christ and The Holy Ghost (Spirit) with God! Even we in Him The Lord, were chosen..!

Joh_17:24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

Eph_1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

1Pe_1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

Also being with God Jesus was in the beginning and the end…

Rev_21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end…”

Also when Yeshua Christ Jesus returned to be with the Father Yahweh, he left The Comforter with us, that we may learn God Jesus And The Holy Spirit Explained”.

When The Biblical David found himself fleeing from Absalom his son… “LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. “ he said.

He prayed! Why did David pray when he was a mighty figure in ancient times?

He prayed because he found himself in the midst of trouble and David KNEW

(Psa_9:9) The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

Amen?
Amen!

Well who did David pray to… He prayed to God (LORD – The Father (Yahweh) in the precious name of his Son, Jesus (Yeshua)!

And why did David pray to God (Yahweh)?

Sermons

I’ll tell you… David KNEW God through his personal relation with The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (all being God)!

What, David had a personal relationship with God?

You better believe it… David prayed to God on what would probably be thousands of occassions. David knew from Short Sermons From The Bible 2 – Being In The Midst Of Trouble, as he had many experiences.

God knew David was righteous and faithful and David knew he could count on God because he’d done so on so many occassions.

God had proved HimSelf to David and He can do the same for you!

Short Sermons From The Bible

Hello and welcome readers and especially my subscribers… Today I will be talking about Short Sermons from the bible. That is to say, I have picked out some favorite, special, and powerful topics that you can use in your life, starting from today.

2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

2Co-5-17-image

OK, so, once we accept Yeshua (The Christ) Jesus Christ (TM) as our Lord and Savior we are suppose to start trying to walk Righteously and Forget about the old self. We now have a new mind and that mind is Christ-like and we are to try and imitate Christ Jesus and remove our mind and focus from the old fleshly world to this new Spiritual World that contains a new manifestation of the new Spiritual Self.

Remember, you still live in your flesh body which still desires the sin nature of things and so you have to beware of this tug of war between your command to walk righteously and your desire to still be in the old fleshy way of living.

Christ says “old things are passed away; and BEHOLD, all things are become new.” So let’s act like it! You still have your free will and Yahweh God is not going to stop you if you still sometimes want to walk in the flesh (sinfully). It is up to you to want to know God (better), thereby studying His Word that contains his teachings…

You know getting used to being saved is a lot like quitting an unhealthy habit. In the beginning it’s kind of hard but when you hang in there, you start to see some results and this gives you confidence and motivation to keep moving forward until you are finally happy with the results you have attained.

If you recently or just got “saved”, you may not have some dramatic manifestation but trust in The Word and the hundreds of millions of testimony… You are new and God now sees you through our grace blessing and sacrifice, when Jesus shed His blood upon The Cross (or Tree) which washed away all of our sins, old and new!

Thank You for visiting and I invite you to come back soon as we talk about being in the midst of trouble and how Yahweh God will revive you and a whole lots more!

Thanks again for enjoying “Short Sermons From The Bible!”

GOD KNOWS YOU!

Yahweh God knows you and indeed he does so! In fact God is “Omniscience” – the capacity to know everything that there is to know.”

As a demonstration, let’s take what I believe is the first instance in the bible where it talks about Yahweh God is being omniscience… (God Knows You!)

The story takes place in “The Garden Of Eden” (the special place Yahweh created and set aside for Adam and Eve to live).

So Eve was walking around admiring the beauty of their home and just generally being happy! When suddenly she found herself in the company of that ol’ serpent… Good day Eve, I am Sahatan Deville and I was just observing you eating of the fruit of the trees but you were not eating of all the fruit you have to your availability.

Oh yes Mr. Sahtan, my Father says that we may eat of the fruit but not of the trees in the midst of the garden[Gen_3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil]. Let me guess says Sahtan, for if you eat of the certain trees you will surely die?

Yes, says Eve… But God knows you will not surely die, Satan replied. For your Father knows if you eat of the tree of good and evil, you will become like Him and be as gods, so you see, it would be very good for you to do so (all the while presenting her with the forbidden fruit).

Disobeying her Father, Eve ate of the delicious looking fruit saying, hmmmm this is good, I must hurry back and give some to my husband Adam…

Meanwhile back at the campsite, Adam was happily swinging on some trees (the vines, no less) when Eve rushed to him, husband, you must eat of this tree of good and evil and become knowing as I have. then we will be like our Father! Adam too ate of the fruit and they fell asleep.

God knows all.

Later, they heard Yahweh God calling out to them, Adam, Eve! They both realized they were naked and hurriedly covered themselves with fig leaves, so as the Father not see them naked!(and as if that wasn’t enough, they also tried to hide)

Yahwey God approach them and asked why they were covered with leaves and who told them they were naked and why did you try and hide from me? (Of course, Father God, being omniscience, knew the answer to the questions, even before asking them…)

Adam fesses up and then Eve, each giving their version of why they’d become disobedient to Yahwey God’s both fair and very liberal request (commands).

Yahveh God knows our heart, and they that know their God, agrees He is all knowing God.

OK, so what is the moral of this story? The moral and fact of the matter of this story and all others is God knows you! God is omniscience… which means, “GOD KNOWS YOU!”

who is God to Jesus

How To Get Saved Part II

Welcome to this article on “How To Get Saved” Part II.

OK, before we get you saved, there are some pre-requisites required of you (call it an initiatiion), and there are some Scriptual facts that you should know and agree with. For now, you only have to believe and take things on faith. That’s right, you will be saved by a simple matter of belief and faith. To put it another way, you are saying, OK God, I believe you and I accept Your Word as The Truth!

Now for some relative scriptures to orientate you and help prepare you to understand the process (but remember you only have to choose to believe…)

Joh 17:1  These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
Joh 17:2  As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
Joh 17:3  And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Joh 17:4  I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
Joh 17:5  And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
Joh 17:6  I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
Joh 17:7  Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.
Joh 17:8  For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
Joh 17:9  I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
Joh 17:10  And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

So, you must believe that Yahveh (God, Jehova, et. al.) is “the only true God”
You must believe that he sent His Only Begotten Son, who died on The Cross, whereby His holy precious blood washed away all our sins and made us holy and righteous before God, thru  the sacrifice and Grace of His Son, Jesus Christ.

Mar_16:16  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Joh_3:17  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh_10:9  I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Here is “How To Get Saved!”

Repeat these things in your own voice…
I believe God is who He say He is.
I believe Jesus Christ is God’s Son and that he came to teach us then sacrificed Himself upon the cross (or tree) for our sins by the Grace of God and that the spilling of His (Christ) blood washed away our sins opening up the opportunity to receive His Grace, eliminating the need for us to be under “The Law”.
I love God with all my heart, mind, soul and strength.
And finally, you must love thy neighbor as thy self.
If you have repeated after me and believe, then by the powers granted to me as a Christian and Minister, by God’s Grace,

You Are Now Saved! As a result, Your Name is written in The Book Of Life and All Your Sins, past, present and future, are forgiven and Washed Away!
You are a new creature in God (Jehova…), Yahweh’s son/daughter and A Friend To Jesus! HALLELUJAH!!!

Welcome my brothers and sisters, I Love You All!

Now, guess what?
You are still a sinner, we all are, so don’t go round judging people… Strive to be what you now believe and just be glad that you are now saved and have your name written in “The Book Of Life” and you no longer have to wonder, “How To Get Saved!”

How To Get Saved Part I

Welcome to this article on “How To Get Saved”
What is getting saved..? What does it mean?

how to know God
Well we first must understand that when Yahweh (GOD) first created man “in The Garden Of Eden”, HE placed them. Yahweh made man and woman and gave them everything they could possibly desire (almost). He placed them in a special place to live on Earth and this was The Garden.
Yahweh name he, Adam and later the woman was named Eve. Yahweh told them they could have anything they wanted from The Garden but he instructed them not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, for if you do, you will surely die.
One day, in The Garden, the serpent (that ol Devil) ran into Eve. She was alone and the serpent tricked her into desiring to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. For if she (they) did, she would not die and she (they) would know what God knows and they would be as gods themselves. Eve ate of the tree.
Later she told Adam and he ate of the forbidden tree, as well. Of all the knowledge they gained, they realized that they both were naked and so thy used fig leaves to cover themselves. Later God came looking for them in The Garden and when He found them, He saw that they were covered (therefore knowing that they must have eaten of The Tree, in order to realize they were naked and furthermore even care that they were). God asked if they had eaten of The Tree which they admitted they had.
Yahveh punished them for disobeying by cursing them… Man would now have to toil the land and scratch and dig for his livelihood and Woman would be stricken with pains during birth into this world.

Of this period of time and notations, this is known as “The Fall From Grace”.

FYI: This story takes place in ‘The Old Testament” of the bible, early, in Genesis (Gen:2 and Gen:3). There you can read it word for word as God said it. I paraphrased the story thereby, making the story short but still cover the basic knowledge I wanted to share with you, so everyone would have a working knowledge of the past, so that I could proceed with the rest of the story, that is the title of this story, and that is “How To Get Saved.”
You see, you first needed to understand that you had lost something (immortality and a very easy going life, just to name a few…)
During the Old Testament, man was known as being “Under The Law”. Man had to try and be righteous under The Law by following God’s Commandments. Man did a very bad job at this. Why, “Free Will! (God loved us so much that He even gave us the free will to follow his commandments or not)
You see God first loved us and now he asked for us to love Him and follow his simple commandments. It is said that at man’s best, we were but “filthy rags” before God and stood no chance of entering into the Kingdom of Heaven, after we die.
God had destroyed This World once by flood and He vowed to never do that to man again, however man kept worshiping other gods, and time after time man would forsake God but God would always forgive man and give him another chance. God was at times were tempted to destroy man again and start over, as He did with The Flood!
However, Yahveh love us so much that he decided to come Himself and teach us “How To Get Saved”. He would do this by sending “His Only Begotten Son” (The Christ, Jesus!), the Second Person of The Trinity Of God) [ You see, there’s God The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost (The Holy Spirit)].
